Over two and a half decades ago, during my work in sales and marketing, my health journey began with a focus on enhancing my physical health and body appearance. I started educating myself on various aspects of physical health, taking countless courses and earning certifications in different fitness modalities. This knowledge eventually led me to help others seeking physical transformations. After nearly 20 years immersed in the health and fitness space, navigating numerous learning curves, and experiencing many highs and lows, I realized that true, lasting healthy body aspirations and the quality of life we envision require embracing deeper layers of wellness.
